The initial investment can be an expensive one, and the situation only worsens with unforeseen gardening problems like varying growing times and unpredictable weather.

We are under an extreme drought, and limiting our water. with no rain this summer, the garden didnt do well with certain veggies, other veggies i got an abundance of. I was pleased considering the lack of water. Now the garden has dried and gone, im still enjoying my frozen and canned veggies.
