It's called HAARP, the Raytheon/Military Industrial Complex weapon of choice these days, helping The New World Order to speed up their artificially created food "shortage campaign to starve billions of disobedient, and superflous "mouths" to death. Used in Katrina and the Burma cyclone, as well as China's Earthquake, Tesla's technology is now the bane of humanity.
