Hawaii to Mandate Solar Water Heaters on New Homes by 2010

    Fantastic concept though and one that Governments all over the world need to take notice of!
  • Strooperman, on 06/01/2008, -0/+2Should be mandated across the nation! It does save everyone money. Past the 5 year point it has paid for itself and will reduce energy consumption in a significant way.
