    Of course, nothing is going to happen to avert this threat until the deniers start seeing the world in their own back yards get destroyed, for example major US, Indian and Chinese cities and so forth. Unfortunately, given the fragility of coral and their sensitivity to environmental change, Australians will see their own back yards becoming barren long before the major powers do.
