Tim Ball?? Dept of Climatology? there is no such dept at the University of Winnipeg. He has also claimed to have a PhD in Climatology, a degree that St Mary's College U of London has never offered. He has claimed to be emeritius, and UW has said they will sue him if he doesn't stop making this false claim.
