- squishee, on 10/11/2007, -0/+21Torch fishing?! All those fish flying at my face would freak me the ***** out.
- ripstuntz, on 10/11/2007, -1/+15"What’s more hardcore than catching a marlin? Catching a marlin while fishing from a jet ski." -- Could not have been said any better.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+12The plane video was clearly planned, judging by the camera work.
- Morphinity, on 10/11/2007, -3/+12It's a blog post, not a single video.
- skillfull, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9I do prefer bazooka fishing
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcM3VZpUnCA - xabstract, on 10/11/2007, -4/+11anyone else read "Fisting is Hardcore --- And We've Got the Videos to Prove it" ?
- Miche1987, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7Dude...the torch fishing one reminds me of those blasted Super Mario Bros. levels where those piranhas would jump out at you and hit you when you least expected it.
- randfish, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6You've managed to convince me only that fishing isn't boring for everyone. For me... still boring. But holy *****!!! That "luck fishermen" video is awesome. It's North by Fishwest :)
- Xeth, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6Hand grenade fishing beats them all.
- kosmoX, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6Third time's a charm?
- Battleloser, on 10/11/2007, -2/+6Trolling for marlin off a seadoo?
That is perhaps the coolest ***** idea ever! - beaurich, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5Isn't this kind of like advertising for a hamburger joint with a guy choking? This is what happens the least!
(Stolen from Mitch Hedberg) - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7Perhaps you might want to educate yourself about how the Digg Video section works: it highlights one video, not a collection of 5. As Morphinity said, it's a blog post, not a video.
- Xeth, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4I think I saw that scene in a movie, can't remember which though.
- BrokenWind, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4buried for using "hardcore" and not having any porn.
(lied, dugg it) - Blakovitch, on 10/11/2007, -6/+9Unfortunately "Low Blow" still can't beat "Man Getting Hit By Football":

..though the Australians (or New Zealanders) are pretty hard core. Deep sea fishing on a jet ski? Jeez. If I didn't know any better I would say they have solidified themselves as the craziest white people on earth (with help of course of steve irwin). - DenTPuzz, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Flashlights are a lot easier to come by.
- DteK, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Man, Torch fishing reminded me of an episode of King of the Hill when Hank buys some "bait" that turns out to be crack.
He is catching fish like crazy then runs out of "bait" and the fish start jumping in the boat
freaking hilarious.
Top Gun theme in the background was classic - skillfull, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3lmao at Low Ball !
- aloser, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5More entertaining fishing videos (for those who haven't seen them):

This guy just can't catch a break. - ubuwalker31, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Good thing that wasn't his eye...
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Reminds me of Sesame Street: "Here fishy fishy fishy..."
- BillyBIanks, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Super Mario has been Torch Fishing for over a decade. This is old news.
- CatCubed, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2You haven't seen hardcore fishing until you've seen fishing in the Eastern Plaguelands!
- raynar, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I can almost feel...a grandaddy bluegil....
- Tallon29, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2How could they not include Bow Fishing?! http://digg.com/videos_comedy/What_do_you_get_when_you_combine_Archery_and_fishing_Bow_Fishing
- TheDarkTipper, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4Yes
- montezumamike, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Fishing is hardcore... once in a while.
- retodd420, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4Hysterical vids. That torch fishing is awesome! Looks dangerous though...
- shadowmoose, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2I call that funny, not hardcore. Maybe if they were fishing for space octopus in the middle of a galactic battle it would be hardcore, but this? No.
- chches, on 10/11/2007, -5/+6Looks fishy to me
- DteK, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Agreed, that was a pretty insane video
- PRlME, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1cause your not a HARDCORE fisherman!!!!!
- simplejoe79, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2that was goddamn hilarious.....
- swimmer88, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3some of these are fake...and then the one with all the little kids playing with the fish they caught? thats cute, but not hardcore
- cosmo110, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Old school fishing was hardcore:
http://www.anglerlive.com/video-001.php - eXp0se, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Sorry to say but this has not ignited in me a desire to sit in a boat all day and grab a pole. I can do that in the quiet and comfort of my home anyways.
- Jaymoon, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1All the guy did was stick 5 videos on one page, and copy/pasted the description.
If 99% of the content posted is a video (or vidoes)... umm, DUH, video section. - BillyBIanks, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Super Mario has been Torch Fishing for over a decade. This is old news.
- Sepeteus, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Bill Dance is a riot.
- Battleloser, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Pfft, I've never heard anyone call it trawling.
Might just be an Ontario thing though - lennyrrt, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Vid #2 was from the movie "Always" with Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter. The plane is picking up water for aerial firefighting.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Ok, then how does this constitute news?
- Carsonauto, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Trawling.
- audiowizard, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1More Fishing with Electricity
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iLKbtZsIsk - smackhero, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1i can understand an accidental double-post, but how the hell do you quadruple post? and how did digg not catch it?
- shaft3205, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2If you don't think catching a several hundred pound Marlin on a jet ski is hardcore, you have no idea what you are talking about. As an avid big game fisherman, I can officially proclaim that guy as one gnarly dude. That thing has a razor sharp bill and could hurt you a dozen ways. Not to mention about 1 out of 10 times you bring a fish that size to the boat a large shark is going to hear that commotion. The only thing I can't figure out is how the jet ski didn't get tipped when the marlin was getting close. I've been in 27'' boats that reel to the side heavily with smaller fish then that.
