I have been pushing "coastal desalinization piped to mid-states (for human consumption) piped to tanks on top mountains(cool water to feed our rivers streams and lakes and for flora and fauna consumption and to ease disease in animimals and help global warming and fire prevention by allowing our forests and shrubery to grow green and absorbe suns rays) let us plan for the GREEN future of AMERICA and lead the world in the GREEN ways of the future!
