nytimes.com — A sheen of oil coated the Mississippi River for nearly 100 miles from the center of New Orleans to the Gulf of Mexico following the worst oil spill in the area in nearly a decade. Evidence that the shameful attempts by Bush and McCain to revive off-shore drilling, are about greed, and not our safety and well-being.

But don't expect the mainstream media, owned by the same investors as Big Oil, to show them to you.
