For the record, I only have 5 acres South of I-20 near Pyote, and I am NOT a developer or contractor. Just a young, broke, guy with many insecurities.

I like to set the record straight for anyone that is interested in the Clear Springs of El Paso off-grid subdivision. I too purchased a lot with new home on July 23, 2008 and was contacted by Mr Jarded via email trying to get information on the project. Mr. Jared purchased land with new home just like 120 other people except Mr. Jared is a contractor and own land just 20 miles east of the Clear Springs subdivision, which he thought by buying a lot in the Clear Springs subdivision he would be able to get all the details of the homes such as the building specification so that he could steal the idea and build it on his own land. Once he realized that he wasn't going to receive the details of the project that would allow him to do so he began this smire campaign trying to distroy the project all the while he has recieved his blueprints, requested changes to the home and even sent over revised blueprints to the planning department, yet he continues to envade the live of the builders and make calls to others that are part of the project telling them that the company isn't real and that the person running the company has stolen his money. We must ask ourselves if Mr. Jared was defrauded why would he continue to communicate with the project manager and request several changes to the home. Mr. Jared has invaded the privancy of several other buyers, trying to obtain informatin that he isn't intitled to have. Everyone be aware if you are contacted by Mr. Jared or any of his associates that they are only out to hurt the project because they weren't able to steal the idea and build it first. I have first hand knowledge of the project because I am not only a purchaser and let me tell everyone that I purchased my home and land at market value unlike Mr. Jared that got his for auction price 10 times lower than the market value. I am also one of the investors and co-builders of Clear Springs of El Paso subdivsion.
