Also, that house is totally *****. - jhop, on 11/14/2008, -0/+2Thank you, Vroom101, for posting the link to the large image. Curiously, I think that an article linking to this image was dugg earlier tonight, but the Flickr page was unable to load for me. Vroom101 FTW!

1. A trite or banal remark or statement, especially one expressed as if it were original or significant. See Synonyms at cliche.
2. Lack of originality; triteness. - alski707, on 11/15/2008, -0/+2No, while it *could* be faked (lets face it, anything can be these days) that the lightning appears in fount of the power lines is not an indication of that, its just an optical effect.
When you have an extremely bright light source behind a rather thin black line that is a little outside the depth of field (the distance in the image that is in sharp focus) in places like that the bright light will "bleed" over to nearby pixels (its actually a lensing effect though, not much to do with the cameras sensor)
You can also see places where the smaller, less-bright lightning does look as if its behind the wires, because its not intense or wide enough to create enough bleed. - scotinus, on 11/15/2008, -0/+2I show this to my wife and she says "woahh... look at those orbs". She has a couple of fruitcake friends who often see orbs. But now... I dunno... are those orbs?
- inactive, on 11/15/2008, -1/+3This is so dangerours we better watch out of this. heres my tip, when there is lightning go to a tree because it can protect you.
- Daktari, on 11/15/2008, -0/+1The title made me aroused a little...
- Mujokan, on 11/15/2008, -0/+1I thought it looked fake, but looking at the set I changed my mind.
