Artist's "environmental sculpture" of Philly's "first" creek

citypaper.net — Philadelphia artist Winifred Lutz creates an "environmental sculpture," essentially asking the park service to not mow the lawn over the long-buried Dock Creek (it became irreversibly polluted), the city's original water source. "We always assume that wherever we're standing has always been that way," says Lutz of the project.
