  • 3tcp, on 05/16/2008, -0/+1If we start piping great lakes water outside of the great lakes basin (the area where wastewater will flow back into the lake) then it's gonna be a disaster. Bill Richardson even wanted to use the great lakes to supply desert states in the south west
