He also forgets to mention that "Americans" (i think maybe one that was not a native born American) had been subject to the patriot act. He also forgets to mention that this law has resulted in the breakup of dozens of plots against the US and our freedoms, and that since 9-11 there has been ZERO attacks on US soil or against its properties abroad (except in Iraq which is open combat).
The law is working. This guy is just stirring the pot. All those making the laws are being held accountable with the checks and balances in place. Wouldnt a reasonable person assume that Bush has enough Enemies in positions of power in washington that he would of been brought up on formal charges by now had this been true? Come on people. Trust more in the law than people like this that see a spy behind every shadow.
