- spencewah, on 10/12/2007, -9/+4Not as good as his Locke one.
- manningbc, on 10/12/2007, -12/+4wow. he was practically making out with him the way he focused on his lips. kinda got me hot.
- DurkaMcDurk, on 10/19/2007, -3/+28some people are just a little too good with photoshop...
- Dotcommer, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Some of those massive lassos and moves I thought were unnecessary. He looked just fine, and then the artist had to shift the whole head or the whole body a little bit. It still looks great, but I just thought that the movements were not necessary. What bothers me is the ear. It just seems like ever since he moved the ear down a little bit the first time, It just felt out of proportion..
I love watching this stuff. Its incredible to see a white screen just morph into something; almost hypnotic. - tw0bit, on 10/12/2007, -10/+3thom yorke is out of proportion...such an ugly man, no offense
- lennon2600, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3@tw0bit
Please, do tell us who fits the anti-Yorke, then.
Photoshop has all too often been used to cast aspersions on natural beauty. At least this cursored craftsman does justice to the real thing.
- SoundJudgment, on 10/19/2007, -0/+16I find both of them to be done just fine. Amazing to see an 'artist' sign their work, then go back and make last-minute changes. That's just the 'perfectionists' they are. ;)
- TonyCubed, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Amazing...
- yourmightyruler, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11Anyone who has the patience to make that is amazing.
- nicksource, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Does he use a mouse or one of those touch pads? Impressive.
Thanks.- deeek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9There is no doubt that he is using a tablet! A mouse would be hell.
- Dotcommer, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4But wouldn't that be incredible if it WAS a mouse? haha, oh man.. I can't even IMAGINE the trouble that'd be.
- haxorjoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Wow, that's amazing. Though, why'd he move his shirt over to the left? It looked fine before. Also, what was that thing he drew on the left of his collar? (This isn't meant to be taken negatively)
- toosas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4if the artist sees that the painting doesn't match his vision, [s]he makes adjustments and [s]he doesn't really care if you think it is needed or not. usually we don't see this process of creation and if someone would just show you the result you'd think it's as perfect as it can ever be. a very interesting video of how them great artists work and think.
- LaurenceHerbert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6He makes it look easy....
- D3koy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5The guy should be a police sketch artist....
- RocketSeason, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Interesting, the pretty major last minute changes to the nose and chin were odd. Strange how far along he was before making the change.
@nicksourse: it was most likely a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet. - jackwills, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Wow, just wow.
Both the subject, and author.. great artists. - Zzyw, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Nice version of Street Spirit (Fade Out) in the background. Anyone know what album it's from?
