- ekeby, on 11/17/2007, -1/+2It's a beautiful SPRING garden. Most of what we're seeing are spring flowering bulbs. Almost everything on the video is a bulb. It's a matter of taste of course, but for my money, any one of a number of English gardens are infinitely superior, Sissinghurst, Hidcote, Monitisfort Abbey (roses), Upton House, etc etc etc. A long list . . . .

and now that i'm done watching it, i can say without any hesitation, that it was one of the gayest things i've ever seen...
and yet i do have to agree, that this is the most beautiful flower garden i've ever seen.

And it's close to the beach, for when you get bored of all the flowers and feel nauseous 'cause you ate too many poffertjes!

Although I'm sure that a little youtube-esque video clip fails miserably to capture the experience of being there.
I do wonder, though, how this managed to get popular on digg/spike/ifilm when some of the other sponsored videos in the side banner inclue "giant centipede eats mouse", "manswers", and "The Ultimate Fighter".... -
