Teacher accused of making kid unstop toilet with his hands
wafb.com — Seven-year-old Trevor Williams says he used the restroom at school, but used too much toilet paper and stopped up the toilet. Trevor's mother says what the teacher made him do to unstop it is not only disgusting, but unimaginable.

The real problem here is that it's coming from a teacher to a student, with a school that presumably has a janitor.
It'd be just as disgusting but not horrifyingly "unimaginable" if it were a parent at home.
I've had to fix some disgusting plumbing accidents before, but most of the stuff that comes out of your body is (while really disgusting) actually pretty sterile. But the article summary makes it sound like they were wading through pig offal.
