- flashcat7777, on 10/13/2009, -0/+37According to this graph, Facebook and YouTube = Productivity.
- wbrns, on 10/13/2009, -0/+28Damn I'm going after my employees right now. Wait...I'm digging.
- aflaks, on 10/13/2009, -0/+26this graph brought to you by HBO
- inactive, on 10/13/2009, -1/+25Wow, I couldn't relate to that graph at all.
- mlwarrior, on 10/13/2009, -0/+22Yeah, I'd have to say that the graph part really sucks for those reasons. Basically, this is just a list of stuff that usually happens to people, with a really sucky graph superimposed on it.
- clawzkatt, on 10/13/2009, -2/+225pm, then 6am?
no wonder i feel like the day is so short. - Turkman182, on 10/13/2009, -2/+20"Realize there's no hope of getting work done" - classic!
- grayfitz, on 10/13/2009, -0/+8Those last 13 hours from 5pm to 6am are always the worst...
- mattnyc99, on 10/13/2009, -1/+9stress = productivity?
- mrMunchies, on 10/13/2009, -3/+7Freak Out at the top lol
- samsmartjr, on 10/13/2009, -0/+3This might be the case for white and pink collar office jobs. For blue collar jobs, the last thing you want is for a laborer to get stressed out. It can lead to physical ailments that the employer then has to pay since it's a work-related injury. It can also lead laborers to unsafe work conditions that would harm others and possibly damage equipment. Employers may want to keep that in mind.
- palos99, on 10/13/2009, -4/+7Anyone else notice 6am directly follows 5pm? :)
- FallenTurtles, on 10/13/2009, -0/+3It's more than a half-hour before the person gets lunch after freaking out about it. How did the stress level rapidly decline like that and why did they wait so long?? And who gets lunch at 2pm??? I wait until 1 and it nearly kills me!
I AM FURIOUS! - nosned, on 10/13/2009, -0/+3Why does productivity go really high just before "realize you're still watching youtube videos".
If you're watching youtube, productivity should be 0. - mrmaroon, on 10/13/2009, -0/+3A constant, albeit sidelined feeling in the 'back of your head' that you've forgotten/need to do something.
- oboshoe, on 10/13/2009, -0/+2yea but they since they are illegals, its alright...fire the one that got hurt and hire a new one tomorrow.
(whats the tag for sad but true?) - clawzkatt, on 10/13/2009, -3/+5no.
- rushiku, on 10/14/2009, -0/+2Sigh, sometimes I really miss my desk job...
- woofers07, on 10/14/2009, -0/+2Replace "check email" and "chat with colleagues about HBO premier" with "surf Digg" and you've got my day.
- MagMan68Classic, on 10/13/2009, -0/+2The HBO premiere that was referred to is Curb Your Enthusiasm
- legendxx, on 10/13/2009, -1/+3What is a 'niggling' feeling?
- sandburn, on 10/13/2009, -0/+2maybe it would be easier for you to relate if it was called... an INFOGRAPHIC!!!
- m0og0o, on 10/13/2009, -0/+1my comment was going to be:
And the lesson learned here is not to buy HBO. - piattorney, on 10/19/2009, -0/+1the "check email" and "chat stuff is getting crazy man.
- airwalke, on 10/13/2009, -0/+1Stress incentivizes productivity, but too much stress can actually decrease it... almost everyone at a job can identify with this. At my part time job, closing has been hell for the past month and a half because we had too much to do and too few people to do it with -- it'd been getting so bad that some of our closing work load was regularly starting to spill over to the morning crew, causing the closers to be even more behind.
Just the other night we had ONE extra person scheduled for work with us, and that one person made all the difference. We actually left way ahead of our nightly "time limit", and with zero work load being passed off to the openers. - themastersb, on 10/14/2009, -0/+1I dunno, but answer this first: Did anyone else see how it went from 5pm to 6am right after that?
- theviceroy, on 10/13/2009, -1/+2What graph? All I get is "The URL you are accessing has not been setup yet or the settings entered are incorrect"
- PeanutCheeseBar, on 10/13/2009, -3/+3Buried as inaccurate; the author deliberately left out the part of the graph where someone will get stressed enough to go postal and start killing people.
- moodybc, on 10/13/2009, -0/+0Interesting connections made here.. I guess it depends upon which side of the paycheck your on.
- legendxx, on 10/14/2009, -2/+2Like a nagging feeling? niggling sounds racist.

What is Digg?
