- ciaran036, on 07/19/2008, -0/+1This happened with the Omagh bombings in N.Ireland in 1998 too. FBI and MI5 were informed of the bomb plot - including details of the particular vehicle being used and where it would be on the day.
  They failed to inform the local police - BOOM - 30 people dead. And just like the Madrid bombings, it occurred just before an election, which was influenced greatly by the bombings.
