Then bet you can get the dollar out without the bottle leaving the circle of chalk. It's absurdly simple to win the bet. grab a napkin and hold the bottle in place.

"You can't touch the bottle!" ...except, evidently, with the bill itself, which was used to push the bottle out of the way. Yet I bet if I had used some other object, like a pencil, to push the bottle off, it would have counted as cheating. Or if I had lifted up an edge of the bill, and simply used it like a napkin between my fingers and the bottle to pick the bottle up and move it elsewhere -- without directly touching the bottle -- that also would have counted as cheating, despite the fact that the bill was the only thing that directly touched the bottle.

    Yet THIS particular means of using an object to avoid touching the bottle directly wins, because it's MY solution!
