- Linkage155, on 10/12/2007, -19/+145Just finished watching it, and oh man. I was at such a young age when it happened well, 11 to be exact and it was very hard to grasp the idea of this many people dieing. Before for me it was just a building falling (in text of course); Thank you so much for the video (again) It really gave me a "first person view" to what really happened and now I can see it much clearer.
- econoar, on 10/12/2007, -3/+95This is one of the best submission I've ever seen on Digg
- Yashar, on 10/12/2007, -27/+110I bet someone is sitting on the pentagon footage. Like the government.
- san1ty, on 10/12/2007, -1/+82Revver has plenty of bandwidth, and uploading it to YouTube or Google Video would be a violation of the Creative Commons license under which it is distributed, and would also reduce its quality - so please don't do that.
- Linkage155, on 10/12/2007, -6/+80Thank you for uploading this vid. Really nice to see an unedited one now a days, really great way for me to re-remmember.
- D4r7h3v1l, on 10/12/2007, -4/+76I Just made a torrent (please seed):
http://www.highring.com/30min911.torrent - olivierk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+66Incredible and powerful. This is probably the clearest videos of the burning tower I have seen.
The juxtapositions of children lullabies heard in the background in the first part of that video is just surreal.
Thank you for sharing with the world so that we can all not forget. - skanker, on 10/12/2007, -5/+62I was only 10 when my mom came and picked me up from school in Kew Gardens, N.Y.C. when she heard what happened. She used to work in the cafeteria on the 22nd floor but she quit about 2 months before this happened. I can remember my grandmother crying as she watched the news......its was horrible.
- Shorties, on 10/12/2007, -7/+619/11 was one of the worst things to happen to the US ever, not only did many people die but it gave the executive branch way too much power over the country.
- AaronTyler, on 10/12/2007, -13/+67Shut up.
- thestorey, on 10/12/2007, -4/+54And most important of all its HIGH QUALITY!
- tokyomonster, on 10/12/2007, -4/+51I'm as liberal as they come pal, but please don't turn this into politics. Please, appreciate the video for what it is, a documentation of one of the greatest disasters ever to occur on American soil, and keep thoughts like those to yourself.
- Lorian, on 10/12/2007, -23/+70What an insightful comment...

- tokyomonster, on 10/12/2007, -10/+51I honestly hope you didn't flag it as innaccurate because of such a piss poor ***** excuse.
- rubberbrush, on 10/12/2007, -2/+38uhg...I was flying a 767 that day - Delta 1989 - the one they thought was hijack but wasn't. This has been an F'ed up day...
Here's my version form the air:
http://www.3dlanguage.net/9-11_story.html - malonie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+37This video brings me back 9/11... I remember vividly some of those firetrucks leaving Woodside, Queens and the firefighters I will never see again
- Linkage155, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31CNN's getting money for their WTC Video's, and tons of it. I could care less if they got some cash for this video, as long as I got to watch it. And better yet in high-def, thanks to the camera these people paid good money for.
- BauskiBruhva, on 10/12/2007, -1/+32This was the saddest day of my life, R.I.P. Grampa...
- tvc15, on 10/12/2007, -1/+32Wow, it's amazing to think that someone was sitting on this footage all this time. It's always interesting to hear the comments of spectators and comparing them to my own thoughts at the time. I wonder how many other unreleased tapes there are.

WTC7 suffered severe structural damage. I've gathered some quotes from a number of Firehouse Magazine interviews with firefighters on the scene that day: http://www.bautforum.com/showthread.php?p=807933#post807933
Picture of just one section of damage: http://www.kolumbus.fi/av.caesar/wtc/wtc7_2.jpg

For *****'s sake, why do you idiots continue to spout such utter drivel? Why the ***** do you *constantly* fail to realize that each tower was also struck by a very large plane? Failing to mention the impacts is either an indication that you've been, dare I say it, "brainwashed" by crap like Loose Change, or... you're just mentally retarded. I'm serious. You can't just ignore the damn impacts and whine about "no steel structure ever collapsed due to fire." That's grade-A *****.
Even then, if steel-framed structures can't possibly collapse due to fire alone, then why is fire-proofing the steel members a *requirement*?
But beyond that, it's actually a flat-out lie. Watch Screw Loose Change. They mention at least two steel structures that have collapsed due to fire.
http://www.lolloosechange.co.nr/
Also: "In commercial tall buildings there is a very small risk of progressive collapse due to a normal accidental fire. There have been very few records of progressive collapse caused by accidental fires."

Note, "very few", not "none". Truth-seekers my ***** ass... - mwdcodeninja, on 10/12/2007, -0/+29it really gives you perspective as to the massive amount of devastation and debris thrown off by the building collapse... you dont get that from CNN's coverage... but being there, just blocks away... you can only imagine the brief hell of the people caught in those towers.
The video is appreciated. - mikeazorin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+28http://www.highring.com/30min911.torrent
Everybody wins. - tizz66, on 10/12/2007, -2/+30Why are people modding down other users who are sharing their experiences of that day?
- esteban, on 10/12/2007, -8/+35Shame you felt like commenting.
- skankyBacon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+26It seemed like the camera was off but nearby for each of the 4 major events (both aircraft collisions and both collapses).
Regardless, some amazing footage. - lucask, on 10/12/2007, -2/+28for those of you who don't understand why YouTube and Google Video violate the Creative Commons 2.5 License:
From their license agreement: "...by submitting the User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube's (and its successor's) business...in any media formats and through any media channels."
The YouTube license says "you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions." And while that's true, the license explicitly gives them the right to do whatever they want with your video. They say they don't have the rights to sell users' content, but the wording says otherwise and there's nothing in the license to prohibit them from doing so. - kefs, on 10/12/2007, -14/+39why you guys modding him down?
- stimcaps, on 10/12/2007, -1/+25What a stupid thing to take away from this footage. The woman thinks it's just a fire at first, that it's going to be contained, and some of the first comments she makes are along the lines of, "I hope there's no people in there. I hope it was too early."
This woman and her family are generous enough to share this personal moment with you, and all you can do is look at them with contempt. To use this video as an excuse to indulge your prejudices about Americans is really rather revolting, and your post says a lot more about you than it does about anyone else. - karmakanic, on 10/12/2007, -3/+27- Hate the people who commit the atrocity.
- Hate the people who celebrate the atrocity.
- Hate the people who take advantage of the atrocity.
- Hate the people who, by their inaction, ignore the atrocity.
Do not hate Islam. Islam did not do this. PEOPLE did this, and then claimed they did it in the name of God.
That "in the name of God" always seems to get us into trouble... - DarkPhoen1x, on 10/12/2007, -20/+43They won't let us forget, at least until after the elections >.
- danielhoerr, on 10/12/2007, -12/+34I had to stop it...
I can't cry like this at work. - shadowsurfr1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23I was 13 on 9/11/2001. 8th grade. Now 18, I am studying right over the river in Hoboken, NJ and have a view of the Twin Tower lights from my dorm room. Now the sight of the lights (and the video) sends chills through my spine. The lights seem to extend forever into the sky, through the clouds and all.
May they all rest in peace. - timbellomo, on 10/12/2007, -4/+24Reichstag Fire -> Enabling Act
What was that thing about being doomed to repeat history...? - Linkage155, on 10/12/2007, -2/+22@skoles
I believe that "bump" was caused by the filmer stopping the recording and starting again when the incident happened, I myself would have not thought the building would go
down, it seemed like something tragic but well, I will not say "fixable" but.. under control. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+25This video is many things, but one thing it's not is unedited.
- bflfab, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19I'm guessing you didn't watch the first little bit of the movie.
They didn't release it right away because it was very emotional for them, as it caught not only the events on tape but also their personal reactions. - inmatarian, on 10/12/2007, -1/+20I remember being 11 the first time these towers were attacked, back in 1993.
- Dustyb, on 10/12/2007, -1/+20My feelings exactly, freind. I was in the 6th grade and my head couldn't even grasp the hate or even the scope of the whole situation. I watched some of the coverage on CNN pipeline and it hit me a lot harder this time than it did last. It's amazing what time does to a person...
- Tochi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18Modded you up, Skanker, thank you for sharing your experience!
Personally, I was at work. A Co-worker came in and told me that a plane had crashed into the world trade center. I couldn't believe it... we watched the second plane hit on TV... it was surreal. I'll never forget that day. - skoles, on 10/12/2007, -3/+20It is an amazing piece. One of the few I will add to the ones I've saved.
Althought, it does look like there's more to it. There is a jump when the 2nd plane hits. - tokyomonster, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19Ant, they're clearly civilians and not military experts. The chances are, especially given the conditions of the situation, that they were not able to distinguish a military jet between a 747.
- TylerKnott, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18Amazing, riveting footage. One thing, kind of off topic, does the background music, the slow kid's music playing "Knick Knack Paddy" give anyone else an even more creepy/sad feeling?
Just a strange, strange soundtrack to such a terrible event.
Wow. - WalterDirt, on 10/12/2007, -6/+23Unedited? Maybe something is amiss here, my video clearly has fade in's and fade outs. Plus they removed the second plane hitting and the collapse. Whatever reason they did this is theirs, but to call it unedited is innacurate.
- MikeMania, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19Amazing, how slowly all the firetrucks and helicopters start appearing on the scene. This is truly a remarkable footage of the disaster in a way never before seen.
- karmakanic, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17They're not rebuilding our nation. They are shaking the foundations and weakening the infrastructure, and if they're not careful, the whole thing will collapse.
Kinda metaphorical, don't you think.
A major purpose of the Constitution was to protect The People from domination by one particular creed or religion. They seem to be using this event as an excuse to attack the fundamental nature of the Constitution. This is probably a Bad Thing. - mikemac, on 10/12/2007, -6/+22A skyscraper collapsing is one of those monumentally huge forces that affects all things in itself at once. One floor didn't land on the lower floor, making both floors fall onto the next, proceeding on like an inductive proof. The infrastructure melted and twisted, probably the steel girders holding the windows in place twisted a mere inch, enough to shatter the entire window.
- xtr3m, on 10/12/2007, -5/+20So far there has been nothing to be grateful for, really.
- EdLesMann, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16Know what you mean. I have been online for almost 10 years now, I have see all kinds of sick and disturbing ***** and almost nothing phases me anymore. But damn... I cant make myself watch this...
I skipped ahead just in time to see the building fall, and I thought of all those people and the disaster that was comming down all around them....I cant f***ing watch any more of this.. -
