Nebraska college town legislators ban the porch couch

goerie.com — The city council voted 5-2 Monday to ban porch couches and other indoor furniture used outside! Supporters of the ban say it's a way to help revitalize older neighborhoods. It also likely targets college students who move in and out of rental homes. Lincoln is home to the campus of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
