Is pre-school really necessary?

backtalklakehighlands.typepad.… — I studied early childhood in college, but when I had children couldn't imagine why they needed school. I home schooled through K5, teaching numbers, reading readiness, etc, and lots of field trips and fun. I have no regrets and only happy memories. In a do-over, I'd never give someone else the joy of teaching and playing with my kids.
