Working for some of these toxic personalities is no joke. We have unions in Australia who deal with this type of sociopathic employer. There are laws against bullying, harrassment and workplace discrimination. Years ago, in the 1970's, these bastards used to get away with it. Now the tables have turned and people have got the power to go over their heads and give them a good "wake up!" call.
