My husband and I have made many sacrifices in order to be responsible parents. We paid off bills before our son was born, so I could stay home with him. We're saving money and budgeting wisely so he can go to private school. When he asked to go to school at 3 1/2 years old, we buckled down even more, so he could have that opportunity. It's not easy, but it's the right thing to do.
Having children is one of the biggest responsibilities in a person's life. Their education should not be passed on to the government. The government does very little well, and educates poorly. The free market system is the only good answer.
