- SydeffeX, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2So, this "hack" allows the plunger to move forward at a greater speed because the larger holes increase airflow. Wouldn't it be better to keep the small holes, and just attatch a rubber band to the plunger? that way all that air has to rush through the tiny holes just as fast as it would the big ones. So you get faster and more compressed air pushing the dart.
