- newsyanchor, on 03/24/2008, -1/+8The timing couldn't be better, under these economic times, for Ron Paul to get his message across.
Why doesn' t the campaign use the money they already have to do an infomercial to show this video from now until the convention. If he needs more just ask again and ye shall recieve.- bingobongony, on 03/25/2008, -7/+2Yeah...the timing is much better now than, say, the LAST TWENTY YEARS when he has been predicting (hoping for) the doomsday scanrio every single year, and been wrong every single year.
But now he is a genius!- kfed2, on 03/25/2008, -2/+4Show us where Paul said it would happen in a specific year. If you do not, you are wrong.
Paul never said when, he only said that we are heading in the direction of this calamity.
It is nice to hear you admit that Paul is vindicated, but I would not go that far yet.
Are all environmentalists wrong because they do not point to a specific year?- bingobongony, on 03/26/2008, -3/+1The point is...you stupid ***** idiiot..is that he has been saying it SINCE THE MID 80s! To say trhat he saw actual signs in 1986 that it was going to happen in 2008 is something that even someone as ***** stupid as YOU would laugh at. You thorw enough ***** at the wall and some will stick. Doesn't mean you are good at throwing ***** at the wall. In 1986 when he started saying this, there was NOTHING that he could have seen that would have pointed to this. So, no...it is not some thing where he was smarter than others and saw something that others didn't. It is that he was WRONG in the 80s. And 90s. (Oh, and he DId predict a year. He predicted 1987.)
- kfed2, on 03/26/2008, -0/+3Your point actually supports him. It is more difficult to predict events far in the future that it is to predict events 12 hours from now. If you are right, then the people who predicted that the New Orleans levies would break at some unknown point in the future were really stupid.
Show us where Paul said it would happen in a specific year. If you do not, you are wrong - this point still stands - I win.
When you call someone an idiot, make sure you spell idiot right.
