- MrBelding, on 11/10/2007, -0/+44It was good to hear the facts - you always hear so much about methane and engery - I know a guy in my office who could power a few cars.
- petermcneely, on 11/10/2007, -2/+45now i know that a cow can lick it's own butthole.
- Bukowsky, on 11/10/2007, -1/+18boy am I glad that I watched that video AFTER lunch!
- mrbubbleboy, on 11/09/2007, -1/+18man that is a lot of poop.
- benchwarmer, on 11/10/2007, -1/+13I see what you did there.
Sometimes its nice to let jokes be jokes. I see this comment on almost every digg article. - kevinh211, on 11/10/2007, -4/+132 cows 1 cup?
- bamafun, on 11/10/2007, -2/+10After seeing that one cow lick his butt at the end I may never drink milk again.
- KraftDinner101, on 11/10/2007, -1/+9Why? Do you think milk comes from a Cow's butt or something?
- calamnet, on 11/10/2007, -0/+7What the hell did you just say?
- Nightlie, on 11/10/2007, -1/+8Super ***** ?
- broeks, on 11/10/2007, -0/+5I am going to eat you, and then use you to drive BACK to mcdonalds
- markp93, on 11/09/2007, -0/+5It powers the government, why not?
- hawn4twiddy, on 11/10/2007, -3/+8i dont seem to crazy for that. The subject of cow manure powering anything, stinks.
- wendelgee2, on 11/09/2007, -0/+4I know you're kidding, but: methane is odorless.
- Grumps, on 11/09/2007, -0/+4Go Poo is the latest green campaign
- inactive, on 11/09/2007, -2/+6That exhaust might be more hideous than the current smog enveloping LA.
- OpinioNate, on 11/09/2007, -2/+6Who's gonna go around picking it up, that's what I wanna know. Immigrant labor?
- GeneralKickass, on 11/10/2007, -0/+4No *****.
- smasho, on 11/09/2007, -0/+4Please to be proofreading posts, thanks.
- teh_techie, on 11/09/2007, -0/+3nope, don't see the new meaning...
- FutureGuy, on 11/09/2007, -0/+3No its BS, good BS.
- MattB123, on 11/09/2007, -0/+3But the methane is already being produced, so the 'green' people would be for something that uses it up before does it's greenhouse part in the atmosphere.
Around here we have quite a few free range cows, but I think the collection of the pies would be tough. But in the big concentrated feed lots, it probably wouldn't be that hard to just bulldoze it up. In fact I think it's already being collected, but not used for something like this. - Lasereth, on 11/09/2007, -0/+3WHY is there only one Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome reference in here???
GOOD GOD digg readers, I thought you considered yourselves MEN!!!!!!!!!!
TWO MEN ENTER, ONE MAN LEAVES - inajeep, on 11/09/2007, -0/+3"I'm eating the cows" Ron White
- dominoman44, on 11/09/2007, -1/+3What a mess...just goes to show..watch your step. Don't know how that cow walks.
- inactive, on 11/09/2007, -1/+3you car will never pass the nostril emissions inspection
- desmondregan, on 11/10/2007, -0/+2what the ***** is wrong with you
- Tearlock, on 11/09/2007, -1/+3This is not a solution to Global warming though. Because cattle produce a lot of methane, which is a greenhouse gas.
- coredump0x01, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2As if my car wasn't ***** enough...
- berfmurret, on 11/10/2007, -0/+2i am pretty much positive that was a vagina lip parting with the tongue.
- GeneralKickass, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2Did you just fart?
- martyFREEDOM, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2Mama always said; life is like a cow's pasture, you never know what you are going to step in.
- 31073, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2Well that made my M&Ms less appetizing.
- MemoryDump, on 11/09/2007, -1/+3crap.. I'm getting myself a new bike
- bullhead2007, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2The study is based on cows in the US ALREADY producing methane. This methane is ALREADY going straight up into the atmosphere (and being used in fertilizer). I'm not a chemist so I'm not sure what methane turns into when it burns or if it is just as bad for greenhouse effects. I'm guessing methaneoxide/methanedioxide something like that.
- JimmyYeung, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2You know how bad LA would stink if the Cow poo was coming out of the exhaust think of the high traffic areas running on this stuff that would just be horrible and foul
- jaewon223, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2get your feces at Sunoco's new POO PUMP!!
- i4ybrid, on 11/10/2007, -0/+2Or they can be used to put nutrients back into the soil and feed us...your choice.
- teh_techie, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2Well, not a solution, but it's not going to contribute more than the cows already are...
Unless we invent ***** FARMS! - TypeEE, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2When we can harness that power, we will be fight a war for crap instead of oil
- albertpike248, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2Take a trip to the slaughterhouse, and you'll probably give up meat altogether.
- bigteebo, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2Do we need to see a video of cows pooping? this is digg, not stileproject.
- KingGorilla, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2it's the only kind of labor!
- nihilite, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1when i eat at chipotle, the methane is not odorless.
- mustang460, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1its called, the farmers kids
- AigenArn, on 11/10/2007, -0/+1Not true - impossible.
Well studied fact is that the US's total corn crop has enough potential energy in biofuel to power only 11-16% of our automobiles.
Cows are fed mostly on corn-grain feeds. There's no way their droppings contain multiple times more energy than the food they eat. - unionaire, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1great! we had cows for milk and meat, now we can raise another kind just for poops.
- kchristenson114, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1He seemed to enjoy watching those cows poop way too much...
- inactive, on 03/06/2008, -0/+1actual news video
