  • diggmiom, on 10/02/2008, -0/+1Scholarships for the disabled should be automatic if they want to attend college or some vocational school of their choice. They should not have to pay for higher education especially the severely disabled. Most organizations which the person who is disabled may belong to such as the American Foundation for the Blind will have more information on all the places offering disabilities scholarships including themselves. The state in which the person resides in should also be checked into too on what financial aid is available to them. The quality of life is improved much more easily with disabilities scholarships and the disabled can be a productive part of todays society.
