I quickly picked it back up the more you squeeze the louder it makes the sound I found out kept him for a few days before he got away and was eaten by a bird. I miss him :'(

- NikoKun, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5Thats a normal defensive noise for a frog... it actually can scare some smaller/stupider preditors away, by holding it's ground and making that noise. BullFrogs are the kind that do that I think... But they don't do it around people THAT much, because we are so big I guess it wouldn't help, lol.
I used to catch frogs as a child... and the first time I heard that I was freaked out... that frog certainly didn't enjoy being caught. xD Everyone in the area could hear it too...
