- usingpond, on 07/05/2008, -0/+64Wow, the whole youtube thing at the end made me weep for National Geographic.
- virtualonliner, on 07/05/2008, -2/+50A bit longer video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LU8DDYz68kM
I don't know about you guys. But it gave me a weird happiness to see that calf walk in the end. To see the lions were being pussies was just to awesome. In the end, a buffalo chased a lion away alone and was standing just a few feet away daring that lion to come at him. Badass. Priceless. - antileet, on 07/05/2008, -5/+5135 million what?
- virtualonliner, on 07/05/2008, -1/+40I think you are doing it wrong. You have to capitalize b in first, third and seventh buffalo.

Second of all, I apologise for the Japanese youtube link, I assumed that if you're not Japanese it would redirect to your country's default youtube site. Was just trying to help... - benjorino, on 07/05/2008, -0/+10You bastard!
Dammit, you used the most obvious URL too, and I still clicked it.
***** u[uiU] - halfdirt, on 07/05/2008, -0/+10If you watch closely you see they bring in an SCV and are about halfway through making a bunker before the buffaloes return.
- inactive, on 07/05/2008, -1/+11That's weird.
- DivisibleByZero, on 07/05/2008, -1/+10It's fake. That alligator is the same actor who plays the University of Florida's mascott.

- ADDanny, on 07/05/2008, -0/+4you serious, national geographic is trying to take credit for this video when it was filmed by a total amateur on a safari tour
- mojoface, on 07/05/2008, -1/+5Also, hopefully the lions found more food so they didn't starve to death.

- Melodik, on 07/05/2008, -1/+5GOJIRA AATTACK
- SquigglyP, on 07/05/2008, -0/+4that would be the short version that Digg links to, but there are numerous links to the full video in the comments. Why the NG site would host a shortended, edited version of their own ***** video while they post the full length unedited video on youtube is beyond me.
- proliance, on 07/05/2008, -0/+3You're being dugg down because of the idea that cheetahs are so fast they must always win.
Cheetahs don't always win. In fact they are successful in less than 50% of their attempts, including attacks against small, agile animals that look like they belong in a petting zoo.
Imagine cheetahs to be a high performance interceptor. If they don't make the kill on their first pass, they may not have the fuel for a second attempt. - klipseracer, on 07/05/2008, -1/+4nice avatar you *****.
