- BloodWenis, on 04/20/2008, -1/+14Always, always about those two! No one ever mentions the third brother who went on to start LA Gear. (or was it British Knights?)
- denhamcoote, on 04/20/2008, -2/+13By the same token, who gives a flying ***** about you and where you come from?
- killbert24, on 04/20/2008, -3/+14That is very interesting! I wore Adidas sneakers when I was like 13 to 16 years old, then Puma sneakers from 16 to 20, and then got Adidas again just recently. Until now, I didn't have any idea that the two were related. I've been battling for both sides of the war!
- diggerphelps, on 04/20/2008, -1/+8In San Francisco, the Adidas and Puma stores are directly across Market Street from each other.
- Aensland, on 04/20/2008, -0/+6Or wear a different one on each foot.
- bytor4232, on 04/20/2008, -2/+7Now Adidas should take over Puma, then the company will be one again!
- jlee2081, on 04/20/2008, -4/+9Rudolf and Audolf would be rolling over in their graves if they saw hideous designs and candy colors coming out nowadays
feast your eyes on these

- Thugacation, on 04/20/2008, -0/+5Yeah, it'd be like the reunification of Germany.

Sex - mille716, on 04/20/2008, -0/+3You just answered your own question when you admitted its interesting. That's it, man. What did you expect to get from this, something about how the histories of the two companies is the hidden key which will lead mankind to curing cancer? It was interesting and I'm glad I read it.
- minorthreat, on 04/20/2008, -1/+4Nike's lost all coolness in about 5th-6th grade.
- bjs3171, on 04/20/2008, -1/+4puma makes far more interesting shoes than adidas.
- Vorin, on 04/20/2008, -0/+3I like my Drift Cats, but i really haven't experienced a wide variety of Pumas.

- dylio, on 04/20/2008, -0/+2I'm rocking the olive clydes as well. They're so nice, but not too comfortable.
- skinny01, on 04/20/2008, -1/+3If you look at the slideshow, #14 where they're shredding a million bootleg nikes, and 100,000 bootleg pumas and adidases (I didn't know that was the plural of adidas) etc... I couldn't help but think that they could have at least given those away to the poor. Or even those barefoot Peruvian and African kids in all of those christian childrens charity commercials.
http://www.newsweek.com/id/131991?tid=relatedcl - StripeyMagee, on 04/20/2008, -1/+3Puma Clydes rule!
- dylio, on 04/20/2008, -0/+2I kind of have a lace fetish (over 10 different laces and 10 different combos for all). So I like my laces.
- joshreed104, on 04/20/2008, -2/+4I'm pretty sure he knows... It was a Red Vs. Blue reference!
- GotUallnCheck, on 04/20/2008, -3/+4You can't beat a pair of Puma Clyde's with your favorite jeans
- inactive, on 04/20/2008, -3/+4Puma > Adidas
- Vorin, on 04/20/2008, -0/+1wow, either people think i'm actually a croc fanatic or they are defensive that i insulted their fav. shoes.

Buried. - funkywood, on 04/22/2008, -0/+1You could probably say that about somewhere in any major city in the world.
- BloodWenis, on 04/20/2008, -0/+1Actually Marquis M. Converse started Converse, but thanks for sucking the funny out of the comment.
- denhamcoote, on 04/20/2008, -3/+4Gee, another pointless comment.
Buried. - minorthreat, on 04/20/2008, -0/+1No, the self titled first cd with "shoots and ladder" and "blind" was good, it was all downhill from there

But my fav are my burnt Olive. Puma Clyde re-editions.
Puma and Addidas are really the only two runner (sneaker/trainer) makers whose output I like at the min. - BloodWenis, on 04/20/2008, -2/+1Sure, I remember kids saying that. Never seen it visually like that though.
