- Kaegro, on 09/16/2009, -0/+9Hells Angels:
limited to white males who cannot be into child molestation
That means you can't be in the gang, Pedobear.
We have a few Hells chapter here in Canada, mostly in Quebec. Scary guys who have a hard drug ( mostly cocaine ) monopoly here in the Maritimes, some of them are actually pretty nice as long as you don't cross 'em, lol. - MisterMajusty, on 09/16/2009, -2/+11This doesn't at all interest me in the bit, but dugg because I finally found an AskMen.com article that's not a slideshow and everything's in one page.
- yeahdude8181, on 09/16/2009, -1/+9I used to live next door to the leader of the bandidos. Rotten Cotten was his nickname. One of the nicest guys ive ever met. Every christmas he gave my brother and I a card and about 50 dollars each. He died a couple years ago, actually went to his funeral and there were tons of bikers from everywhere.
I still remember being woke up in the middle of night by 10 or so harleys starting up and leaving.
R.I.P. Rotten Cotten. - fragomatik, on 09/16/2009, -0/+7FTA: "The only problem with Australian biker gangs is that they're referred to as "Bikie" gangs, a term that, at least in the U.S., seems to seriously undercut street credibility."
Umm...try saying that to their faces and see who ends up being "undercut" :\ - sbcea, on 09/15/2009, -3/+9Wild Hogs!
- Atario, on 09/16/2009, -0/+6Australians appropriating the battle flag of the US southern confederacy confuses me.
- KMFDM781, on 09/16/2009, -0/+5 I used to work at a garage in Indiana near Indianapolis and one of our regular oil change customers was the head of the Outlaw chapter in Indianapolis. He was a really nice guy. He had hands covered in gold rings and diamonds. He was a big burley dude too...but his daughter was smoking hot and about 20 years old at the time. I'd look but never try and hit on her, lol.
- deludism, on 09/16/2009, -0/+4yeah, I just can't respect a bunch of bikers that call themselves OMGs.
- Uberperson, on 09/16/2009, -0/+4If you are interested in these, you like to watch documentaries called Gangland
http://www.ninjavideo.net/cat/1519
Enjoy. - inactive, on 09/16/2009, -1/+5Yeah that's what people say about vicious dogs and spiders. Isn't always true in those instances either.
- NOZZLeS, on 09/16/2009, -0/+4Lost MC!
- artfiend77, on 09/16/2009, -0/+4Pssssshhhh, you cats obviously never heard of The Gramercy Riffs, we be bopping heads all across the town!
- chinolofus, on 09/16/2009, -0/+4you're clueless.
- manual, on 09/16/2009, -0/+4they have jobs: being bikers.
- Mike17102, on 09/16/2009, -0/+3No Pagans? They are a huge gang in PA.
- stuffradio, on 09/16/2009, -0/+3I'm sure there are lots of nice biker gang members, they're probably nice to people who have nothing to do with gangs.
- manual, on 09/16/2009, -0/+3and many don't even *look* like bikers...
- isunktheship, on 09/16/2009, -1/+4OMG!
- Mike17102, on 09/16/2009, -0/+3Most of them have normal jobs too, allowing them to infiltrate government agencies for intel.
- williamlee, on 09/16/2009, -0/+3Makes sense. Australia is Britain's Alabama.
- IUAndar, on 09/16/2009, -0/+2I'd consider it rather ballsy for you to even look.
The outlaw chapter isn't located on the West side close to the speedway is it? I want to say out on Michigan St. - manual, on 09/16/2009, -1/+3are you being serious?
Blood, Crips, and others are largely street-level gangs, probably earning their income on drugs purchased from bikers. A lot of gang-members in street-level gangs are children, bikers are men, some of them very bad men.
Bikers have balls, they have houses with blackened windows with a sign on the front that essentially says "Biker Gang Clubhouse". - stuffradio, on 09/16/2009, -0/+2They're mostly in the bigger cities and somewhat in the smaller towns as well. I haven't heard much about them here causing trouble, but they're here :)
- dmostrowski, on 09/16/2009, -2/+4You should really see a doctor if you piss your pants that much. Bkers won't bother you if you don't bother them.
- noyurawk, on 09/16/2009, -5/+7"One of the nicest guys ive ever met."
Jeez, do you hang out with nazi demons? - zeitgueist, on 09/16/2009, -0/+2Yes because prison stops gang members from committing crimes, right?
You don't know ***** about the US penal system. - bryceman111, on 09/16/2009, -0/+2Wiiiilllddddddd Hoooooogggsssss! We smassshhh cellullarrrrr phonesssss!!!!! And, we have William H. Macy!!!!
- Mike17102, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1They missed some very large groups.
And dont kid yourself, these groups get ***** done. They control a huge portion of the meth production and distribution in the US.
They also tend to have ties with Hate Groups, extending their reach. I would much rather piss off the Crips or Bloods than the Pagans or Hell's Angels. - manual, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1Indeed, I'll take being on a blood/crip ***** over a biker's....
- palehorse864, on 09/16/2009, -1/+2Not the...*gasp* wet britches boys!
- CressCrowbits, on 09/16/2009, -1/+2Fill the prisons with gangs! That'll work out well.
- manual, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1Perhaps you are thinking of weekend-warrior types with Harley's, I'm talking about 1%er's.
News reports on street-level gangs, biker's are not street-level. You will never see a biker hanging on a street corner peddling drugs, they have the same level of power and control as other organized crime, street-gangs are not really organized crime.
I'm not sure if you just watched some 50's movie about bikers, and expect to see biker crime manifested in the news as WestSide-Story-esque "rumbles" with chains, and switchblades, but at least here in Canada, it is biker's that run a lot of the show. - Oztog, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1I'm fairly sure you wouldn't give ***** to someone from "The Rebels", you might just end up on the missing list.
- inactive, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1Support Vagoos you say?
- life843, on 09/21/2009, -0/+1I agree with you
- Foenetik, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1I had a bandido pass me a few weeks ago, he definitely looked pretty haggard.
- FyberOptic, on 09/16/2009, -1/+2Only ever heard of the Hells Angels, actually!
- FyberOptic, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1I've seen some Canadian "rednecks" doing it too, which I found equally strange.
- Vindexus, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1A lot of the links on that site work.
- Vindexus, on 09/16/2009, -0/+1Yes. I seriously think that a black street gang would go to a whites-only biker gang to get their drugs. Making money is more important than being pissed off at white dudes.
- Rogor, on 09/16/2009, -1/+1Their numbers are so pathetic, the whole bikie concept is obviously a media invention. Bloods and Crips have 30-35k members each, ms13 has 55k, it seems silly to even bring up groups that maybe have a hundred guys.
- Shakermaker, on 09/16/2009, -1/+1Um...where's the Rock Machine? The Quebecois bike gang? They had a massive bike war going on with the Hells Angels....
They're ***** hardcore badass. - Mactard, on 09/16/2009, -1/+1No Hell's Satans or Apple Dumpling Gang...buried.
- tehjai, on 09/16/2009, -0/+0As an Alabamian, I appreciate that statement..... Oddly....
- cha0tician, on 09/16/2009, -0/+0The fundamental difference is organization. The blood/Crips are scattered with no centralized organization. Many are just local neighborhood organizations. The Angels, on the other hand, are extremely organized with a very clear heirarchy and set of codes.
Think of the Angels less as gang members and more along the lines of the Mafia on motorcycles. - Rogor, on 09/16/2009, -2/+2Do you seriously think some Black / Mexican guy is going to go to some old whites only dude in a silly jacket to buy his drugs? Seriously, for real, do you think thats how it plays out in real life? I think your getting your from fantasy tv info mixed up with your reality info, switch channel to the news, any news channel, trust me the local crime happening in your area wherever that may be is not from 100 old white guys on motorcycles.
- rrwest, on 09/16/2009, -0/+0A former local Angels president attended our wedding almost 5 years ago.
He and his wife are two of the nicest people I have ever met.
Though they do trade on their outlaw image, I suspect that much of the hype comes from rivals, law enforcement and outsiders. Some may secretly want to join, but can't.
Though there is plenty of evidence to point to the bikers as serious gangs, who really knows how many are the truly bad members? With a strong moral code, they stick together like glue and reveal nothing to protect each other.
I don't think there are any studies to show exactly what percentage of club-associated bikers are criminals, and how many are just members with no desire to commit crimes. Some are probably there for the image, the parties and the rides.
Much of the legends may be like those once told of Freemasons, "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing".
It takes a true insider to really know what is happening.
That being said, I never condone crime.
PS I define a moral code as behaviours that identify a group or society which address protocol and ranking. Ethics are universal behaviours that deal with preventing harm to others and/or their property. - Heracles, on 09/16/2009, -1/+1Dugg for not having to click through ten individual pages!
