I am not on digg 24 hours a day, and while you surely are, most people do not see every story that scrolls by on the front page. So I ask you which is worse, that a few people see dupes every once in a while, or that thousands go without ever seeing the story in the first place?

China is breaking this myth and is raising the standards of living in Africa simply by increasing business and trade that's in their mutual interest, while rich nations on the other hand hardly ever meet the foreign aid quotas they have pledged by themselves.

          Those were the first two google showed when I typed in "food aid stolen". Seriously. You need to quit with the "logic" classes and start with some reality classes. Your "logic" leads to inaccurate and ridiculous results.

Starvation is a side effect of not having access to food, lack of access can be for many reason. obvious is there is no food (but that is the least likely), other reasons are: corrupt organizations blocking it or rerouting the food, nobody willing to ship the food there at any price (like through a war zone or a plague area), too far from agriculture centers for consistent delivery, inability to store food long term, or in ability to move food to the people that need it before it spoils.
