- Llan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Already the first point is completely idiotic. The RSS buttons are orange so I can find them quickly when scanning for the feed button. Completely worthless list.
- da5idblacksun, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3That's what I was thinking ... his blog is butt ugly.
- mustaphamond, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2and I quote:
"And I think personal pictures should be on the about page, not on every single page of the blog. If people want to see your face, then they’ll click your about link. Otherwise, they just want to read." - WeeklyGeek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Some of his points are valid, such as the validation buttons at the bottom of pages only being pretentious. But the social bookmarking buttons and adding to feed buttons are good for people who are unfamiliar with the technology. they help you easily identify what service to use. They could be better integrated into a design, sure.
- kbarrett, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1But I like tag clouds.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Got to love his top hate, "pictures of yourself", only to look on his about page... *oh!*
- mentalu, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1I've never heard such idiotic rules. These feedreader buttons and social bookmarking buttons r genius.I dont have them on my blog because I think that its for bigger more well read blogs,bt still, they r a nice addition. And shoolz,u r so right.I'm not taking advice from someone who as a design that bad.
