- acrodev, on 01/31/2008, -2/+74I'm sorry, did you say doomed?
- Gromdul, on 01/31/2008, -2/+38Heh I thought it said "doomed" at first. It seemed like an odd process to start.
- ghidorahnotweak, on 01/31/2008, -2/+38they need to put Vegas under glass too, and just air condition the whole strip

- kerracked, on 01/31/2008, -1/+13I am such a sucker for shiny, futuristic crap like this.
- Crath, on 01/31/2008, -1/+13No weather for you.

- PHiZ187, on 01/31/2008, -7/+16I originally read this as "doomed." And I was like, what steps does one take to initiate the process of becoming doomed? Did they elect Bush Jr. as mayor? :p
- bamafun, on 01/31/2008, -1/+10It should be a stunning design when they are through but i bet the insurance will be expensive to cover a site like that .....
- PatrickBrown, on 01/31/2008, -0/+8I think the pictures look like *****.
- jack_of_knaves, on 01/31/2008, -1/+8Can anyone say Paradigm City?
- gremos, on 01/31/2008, -1/+8Do you want them to invest in nuclear weapons instead?
- sykopath79, on 01/31/2008, -1/+7Am I the only one that misread this as "doomed city"?
- inactive, on 01/31/2008, -2/+8They need to put signs on the outside like they do at pet stores..."Do not tap on glass!".
- bomb288, on 01/31/2008, -1/+7Dome sweet dome

"No! Don't! Don't go! Listen to him! He's telling the truth! "
"We've been outside! There's another world outside! We've seen it! "
"Life clocks are a lie! Carousel is a lie! THERE IS NO RENEWAL! " - HumbleDialog, on 02/01/2008, -0/+5Yes. Don't worry about the other people that posted the same reaction before you. They just read your comment, jumped into their time machines, and posted before you, just to ***** with you.
- pixarman, on 01/31/2008, -0/+5We're all domed I tell ya! Domed!
- HumbleDialog, on 02/01/2008, -0/+4Yes. Don't worry about the people who commented the same thing before you above. They just read your comment, jumped into their time machines and posted the same thing. Just to ***** with you.

- derwarnochfrei, on 01/31/2008, -0/+3Very good idea indeed! Air quality will greatly improve -
outside the dome!! - HumbleDialog, on 02/01/2008, -0/+3Sorry for the dupe. Apparently, even just writing about time machines upsets the balance of things. o_0
- MasterGrief, on 02/01/2008, -0/+3No.
- ronmexico, on 01/31/2008, -1/+4So putting a glass roof over a few block shopping area equals a domed city? I'll be sure and tell Vegas.
- mortigon, on 01/31/2008, -1/+3In other news, rocks have been outlawed in St. Petersburg.
- Sixcolors, on 01/31/2008, -0/+2Ooooh, a Big O reference.

- EmitStop, on 01/31/2008, -1/+3You can dome in the morning,
You can dome in the night,
You can dome when you wanna dome. - spazzcat, on 02/01/2008, -0/+2I thought I was the only one that read it like that
- bowe, on 02/01/2008, -0/+2Reminds me of Logan's Run. Sandman terminate runners.
- joshuabowers, on 02/01/2008, -0/+2I love that movie. Michael York is awesome.
- Jacob, on 01/31/2008, -0/+2AC in a glass building in the sunlight wouldn't be the best idea. Maybe if they blacked out the glass completely so no sunlight could get through and used multiple layers of vacums combined with the best insulation available it would work, especially if the entire thing was covered in solar paneling to help power the air conditioning.
- ShootTheCore, on 01/31/2008, -0/+2Yep, I can!
Paradigm City - Zilk, on 01/31/2008, -1/+3What about pollution from within?
- kcap122, on 01/31/2008, -0/+2greenhouse effect?
- PabloMac, on 01/31/2008, -0/+2That was my first thought, even when I was expecting to see a dome.
- PabloMac, on 01/31/2008, -1/+3Either that, or they want to keep the shoppers dry and cozy.
- Asianwaste, on 01/31/2008, -1/+3Be funny if it really was a typo.
- 4rp4n3t, on 01/31/2008, -0/+2Yeah right. Of course, you don't just drive your SUV between malls, right?
- jezzadebate, on 02/01/2008, -0/+1dome yourself!
- sykopath79, on 02/01/2008, -0/+1Well played, sir. Doubly well played.
