    Uh.. the CN Tower (The tower he is referring to) was completed in 1976, 27 years before 2003.

    Still, cool photos nonetheless.

    Cockpit is unneccesary and irrelevant. The original wording just reads and comes across as 'stupid' english.

The first word "Letchik" means "pilot" and im assuming that "Leha" is a misspelling of "Lesha" which is a common first name in Russia (actually it is probably a nickname for Alexander or Alexei)

    Not horribly important, but just a tidbit.

    Leha (most closely pronounced like "lyo-HA") is a short name for Alexey. Same as Mike is to Michael.

Many private planes operate without radios; though admittedly I don't know the regulations for doing so (e.g., possible altitude restrictions).
