Stick a photo in a bottle, fill it with liquid, and dump some floaty crap in there. Brilliant! And all this time I thought there was some sort of high-level physics involved.
For anybody that's interested, I'm working on a DIY article too: How to turn ordinary bread (that you can buy at your local grocery store!) into TOAST.
How did this make the front page? Do we have a large contingency of scrapbookers and such on Digg? I mean I understand we are all bored out of our minds and come here for stimulation...but this?
um, who in the ***** wants a snow globe? do you think any (sane) person you know actually has "snow globe" on their wish list? no of course not. there now don't you feel silly...
It is always a good idea to share old ideas for people who will think they are new ideas. To those "cwazy kids" that put down this idea, "Momma pin a ribbon on you." Wahoo"!!! Good thing people weren't so cynical when you were a kid, or you wouldn't know about this project so you could put it down.
One suggestion to the people who will do this project or pass it on to those who don't know about it, I think the idea of using a transparency is great. Especially if it is a heat transferred color copier transparency, the picture will be more permanent.
