- MemeWarrior, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14Last time I checked a snow GLOBE was spherical in shape. Nice snow bottle project though.
- herrshuster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14what's with all the spam comments on this story?
- bergur1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Be aware of meridimus, terrannova, and bloggingtimes. If you look they probably only made an account to digg this up. As for bloggingtimes he has atleast 50+ submitted stories only to his own blog.
- sxtxixtxcxh, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10bread... into TOAST?! what manner of thaumaturgy is at work here?! THE DEVIL'S MAGICKS!?
- MattyLite, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9It's a closely guarded secret; you'll have to read my blog article to find out.
- MattyLite, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10Stick a photo in a bottle, fill it with liquid, and dump some floaty crap in there. Brilliant! And all this time I thought there was some sort of high-level physics involved.
For anybody that's interested, I'm working on a DIY article too: How to turn ordinary bread (that you can buy at your local grocery store!) into TOAST. - bobv, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5I liked making these out of empty baby rood jars when I was little. Attach everything to the bottom of the lid and turn it upside down. Works great!
- LaserRob, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6This gets dugg, why?
- MedHead, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Or, one could just go and buy a photo snow globe for $5.00 or so.
- mandarin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4More junk?
Its not exaclty a snow globe... its a bottle with sprite and corn syrup....oh and a picture with some glitter. - origclubsoda, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Snow globes are banned from airplanes
- itsxtian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3False advertising, it actually takes 17 minutes!
- cw1925, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I want my money back! J/K
- wintermute0, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2MattyLite rocks! Sign up their newsletter, you won't regret!!! Great article on DIY toast!
- sputza, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I love how this ***** ends up on the front page. Are people still in grade school?
- bud38, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Next time on Digg: Rolling your own festive tampons
- Antitheft, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2This should go under the DIY section. Wait...there isn't a DIY section?
- pastaq, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1bah, i just hit shift+F3 and i have a snow globe.
- cmatteson, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2How did this make the front page? Do we have a large contingency of scrapbookers and such on Digg? I mean I understand we are all bored out of our minds and come here for stimulation...but this?
- surfing, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1TSA bans 'em:
Snow globes and like decorations regardless of size or amount of liquid inside, even with documentation. - tearor, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1http://www.glassgiant.com/snowglobes/
- shm0edawg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm dumb. I thought this was a photoshop tutorial on how to take a photo and make a snowglobe with it. =(
Now I'm disappointed. - yonas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1**yaawwwnnn**
- blahtastic, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"Later, Rinse, and repeat..." But I don't have any extra time, damnit! I want my snow globe now!
- bethjenkins, on 12/09/2008, -0/+0people that have kids and a family and like to get stuff like that.
i love it when my kids bring stuff home from school that is crafty. but u must not be a parent or grandparent most family like stuff like that and now that this is 2008 and everyones money is tight then that is great ideas. so sorry that ur not into the crafts stuff for family and friends - TorgoIsBurning, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0okay. so we've established that one. although i'm not sure why.
what about buses? can you take snow globes on buses? for some reason i'm thinking that anyone delusional enough to be giving homemade snow globes as gifts would most likely be traveling by bus... - TorgoIsBurning, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1um, who in the ***** wants a snow globe? do you think any (sane) person you know actually has "snow globe" on their wish list? no of course not. there now don't you feel silly...
- sly100100, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Great site love the ideas!
- boattyman, on 08/17/2008, -0/+0Maybe you want to check this out - Style photo into Vector Art, or Manga Character - http://www.Phokki.com
- neochonetes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0It is always a good idea to share old ideas for people who will think they are new ideas. To those "cwazy kids" that put down this idea, "Momma pin a ribbon on you." Wahoo"!!! Good thing people weren't so cynical when you were a kid, or you wouldn't know about this project so you could put it down.
One suggestion to the people who will do this project or pass it on to those who don't know about it, I think the idea of using a transparency is great. Especially if it is a heat transferred color copier transparency, the picture will be more permanent. - Zaphod63, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't understand how crap like this gets 400 diggs and my submitted tops out at 4 diggs
- helldragon, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1nice

not as cool as my DIY article "see Jesus in the toast and sell it to some dumbass on ebay for a ton of cash" - deathdefyer, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0no but i can burry it for you.
- 0gre, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0Can I Bury something twice?
- meridimus, on 10/12/2007, -16/+3Niceness
