- readme, on 10/10/2007, -1/+61Condo/Co-op Fees: $38,720.00
That's $38k a month just for maintenance. "God invented cocaine because some people had too much money." - Ninjao, on 10/10/2007, -7/+5543 diggs and down? Christ are people hosting websites on their psp's these days or what?
- str3ama, on 10/10/2007, -4/+47have you seen trumps house? It's similar and probably worth a lot, but it's an eyesore - I mean it's all gold and mirrors. These people don't live in their house, they just co-exist with the house. If I lived in one of these houses I'd sell it and take the money and buy a real house or apartment with it, I'd rather use the money for something I can actually use rather then something that just serves for bragging or prestige rights.
- SillyRabbits, on 10/10/2007, -0/+40$70 million just doesn't seem to go as far as it once did...
- akf2000, on 10/10/2007, -2/+38Doesn't say if it has broadband installed.
- loganhid, on 10/10/2007, -5/+32what a waste of money
- 3wiid, on 10/10/2007, -0/+26I have been looking for a rental property online over the last few weeks and I cannot for the life of me figure out why there is never decent photographs of all of the rooms from multiple angles. They are trying to make a sale FFS take a bunch of photos thats what online sales are making something tangable even though you can only see it. Glad to see people who might drop 70 Mill get the same ***** service!
- dmadip, on 10/10/2007, -1/+26Monthly Payment: $410,908 with 20% down
where do i sign? - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+24More proof that money can't buy taste.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+20I was expecting more...
- kimb00, on 10/10/2007, -1/+18I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that if someone was actually interested in purchasing, and required that information before doing so, they would receive it in full-colour, professionally bound and hand-delivered overnight.
- AnteChronos, on 10/10/2007, -2/+19Do VIP persons use their PIN number at the ATM machine?
- bobbothegrayson, on 10/10/2007, -1/+15Well, living on 5th Avenue would be amazing
- xaxxon, on 10/10/2007, -1/+14I don't have time for that. I'm sending my butler. Alfred, take the Batjet and send me pictures on my iph.. I mean batphone.
Oh, and find out how much for the whole building. - hbuswell, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13I pity anyone who has to put up with having just 7 bathrooms. Ha, what commoners!
- scoot2006, on 10/10/2007, -0/+12Damn, talk about a panty dropper...
- neoform, on 10/10/2007, -0/+12Why would anyone want that dump for $70mil?
For $70 Million you could easily build an entire 30 floor building and make it exactly the way you'd want, not the way some crotchety old loser thinks a nice penthouse should look. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -5/+16oh cool, let me get my checkbook
- chili555, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11Yeah, I remember when a million dollars was real money...
- Klarth, on 10/10/2007, -7/+16NO. IT ISN'T. I WILL BREAK YOUR KNEES.
- pilotss, on 10/10/2007, -2/+11Too bad its on sale now,,,, just a few months ago I could have been approved for a self stated income mortgage of ...

http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/78439 - ThatEvilGuy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8Isn't that the apartment where John Milton(Al Pacino) lived in Devil's Advocate?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+10Actually, it has its own swimming pool, which was built into its old ballroom. And no, you don't have to ride up in the same elevator with everyone else. The elevator to that apartment is private, and lets out on the ground floor in a private lounge just off the concierge's station.
Also, this apartment has been on the market for over a year, and will probably be on the market for some time. The housing market in NYC is buckling with everything else, and besides that, this is not the kind of sale that is made quickly---its the kind of sale where the domicile is matched to the buyer, not the other way around. - NoTiG, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8I would love to be the real estate broker on that deal. Commission please?
- TheJas, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8toilet only, no shower
- jgreene777, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9No. But VIPs use their PINs to access their VPN via WiFi from their SoHo. And they drive to the MOMA in their BMW and get gas at the BP.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6Nobody else can see the reflection on your screen.

- shartman, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8I am Digging you down for using the phrase "Blog Vectoring". WTF?
- bradleyland, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Well, it's a WordPress DB connection error, so the author doesn't have caching turned on, which very well could have saved his server from a fiery death.
- Zackypooh, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8Zoning laws can hurt me, but not these people?
- zman8479, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I don't know the condo association fees are kinda steep: $38,720.00
- geeshock, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Why do people copypasta this *****?
- jon419, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4A "half bath" is a bathroom without a shower/bathtub. Typically it is just the toilet and sink/vanity and a mirror.
- MonkeyNews, on 10/10/2007, -9/+13Diggs =/= Page views. Why do people cry about this every time this happens?
- itsfood, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Many articles about this...

Worse cant land your daddy's chopper for miles. You share the swimming pool with 100's of hotel guests. And to top it all people say you live in a hotel downtown! Talk about lameness of this tree house.
- bromac, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5If they aren't impressed by it, then why the hell do they keep buying it?
***** boorish people. - andyduncan, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3An NYTimes article from a couple years ago stated that they had received at least two offers at the asking price but that the Co-op board (who must approve all purchasers) had declined to allow a sale to those individuals as they weren't good "fits" (IE: they were too young, too old, too brown, etc.)
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+7I'm sorry, what I meant to say is that he wouldnt last six seconds in this city, because he would be chewed up and spit out clear back to the west coast before he could say "hey why is everyone around here so rude?"
- xaxxon, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5toilet and sink - no shower or bath. 3/4 bath has a toilet, sink, and shower stall.

- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3People buying $70M penthouses pay monthly mortgage?
- ichoudhury, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I already made out my check to those people. I just hope they don't plan on cashing anytime soon (at least not until the housewarming party).
- WarezAppz, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5oh DO shut up . . . . please if they were really used to that sort of life style or that kind of company to keep, don't you think they'd be better off NOT in new York?
We're talking $70 million, not 700 thousand . . . -
