Spell check, please. - motionblur, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Cool, though it's been done a zillion times before. Still gets a digg.
- breakneckridge, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Why is this on the front page?
- lavawalker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Uh, OK.
- Luftwaffle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0No, but thanks for asking.
- ROSEBLOOD, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Cool little menu, but if you want to learn web programming (PHP, Java, JavaScrip, etc) its best to read some tutorials on how to make your own.
Good link
~ROSEBLOOD - slayer95, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I agree with ROSEBLOOD learn some php and achieve something for yourself.
- spyres, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Nothing new or exciting here. Lame.
- ramsinks.com, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"here's something for free".
"No!, your an ass"

What's next "how to install phpBB" or "cool counters for your site"? - ramsinks.com, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Im sorry, I must have missed your uber site. Lets see it.
- jesusphreak, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0>>> "I agree with ROSEBLOOD learn some php and achieve something for yourself."
Except you can't make that menu in PHP. - einsteindesign, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0"It looks like a ploy by the author to drive traffic to his site."
On Digg? Surely not. - kcaffrey, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0"I'm a fan of the Suckerfish Dropdowns (revised) myself:

Wow! A menu done (almost) completely in CSS and plain old HTML :O Thanks for the link! - EmileVictor, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Ergh. I want to see that one that animates sliding outwards, and is transparent. Everything else = teh *****.
http://www.mediahug.com/ - mattisbusy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Seems bloated .. Going from scratch is best in my opinion - you can't go wrong with using tips from Eric Meyer's "Pure CSS Menus" technique: http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/edge/menus/demo.html
- mattisbusy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Let me add on to my last comment. I do like the presentation is presented using CSS. It does not however degrade entirely for sub-category items .. But - I checked it out a bit more, and it isn't as bad as I originally assumed it would be (there's too many out there that are a waste of time)

Suckerfish Dropdowns (revised) uses Meyer's pure CSS technique and adds in a mere 7 lines of JavaScript to give full IE compatibility. Check out a prettied-up example:

Or start from the bare-bones version and build up from there:
http://www.htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/dropdowns/example/bones2.html - ForbesBingley, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0There are a lot of different ways of making menus, but few of them provide decent accessibility.
This is as good as I've seen... - BluParadox, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0When will people learn that drop-down menus for websites are not good from a usability standpoint?
- standsolid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+016KB of javascript for a freaking menu?
wait... drop down menus on a website?
please, stop using these.
just because you can doesn't mean you should. - hholland, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0This kind of thing has been around for a long time. There are a million sites with information just like this....I vote lame.
- Kam3k, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0dropdown menus are hard for people to use, should be avoided. only reason to use them is if you've got a supid client that insists on it
- CritterNYC, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The only place I've used a dropdown menu is within web applications, where they can be quite handy. I'm not a fan of them for regular websites, though.
- ratioswitch, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Uhhh ... BrotherCake menus = way too much complicated code (read: way overdone and still does not work the same way in most browsers).
