- Frostek, on 01/17/2009, -0/+22I think the first thing to do is find an existing theme and muck about with it...
There's quite a few themes I like, but not in the shade I prefer. (Green - oh, why so few good green themes?!)
I'm no artist though, so that's probably as far as I could go...
Hmmm, I've never looked, but is there a Digg theme? Perhaps with a few graphical in-jokes? - lcmatt, on 01/17/2009, -0/+15Have you tried Naver before? ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/912 ... )
- Trollemite, on 01/17/2009, -0/+15Funny, paintshop pro looks an awful lot like gimp: http://www.techradar.com/images/zoom/firefox-your- ...
- iambrucenolan, on 01/17/2009, -1/+16I will make a theme of nude Scarlett Johansson.
Other variants would include Kate Winslet/Emma Watson/ Alba/ Sandy Wasko/ Jennifer Lopez
All Nude!!!
Any body wants early builds? - greenlight2001, on 01/17/2009, -0/+14He's getting an erection.
- greenlight2001, on 01/17/2009, -0/+11Someone needs to slap that dick out of your mouth.
- Zcrubby, on 01/17/2009, -4/+15There's something evolving from alpha to full release in my pants, if you know what I mean? Eh? *nudge* *nudge*
- AmnesiacJack, on 01/17/2009, -0/+7Can some one please make a Fallout Pipboy theme. I have been looking forever and can't find one. I'd make one, but I suck and have no talent.
- Greanbeens, on 01/17/2009, -0/+4Opera does this too.
- Slacker1031, on 01/17/2009, -0/+4I thought this was very brief. It touched on a lot of steps in the process but didn't really go in depth on any of them.
- ChristianVelez, on 01/17/2009, -0/+4I was too lazy to read the whole thing but are these changes applicable to Mac versions of firefox?
- KibibyteBrain, on 01/17/2009, -0/+3...he's a fox? Mythical fox thing?
- bassoondux, on 01/17/2009, -0/+3@lcmatt
I love it! Thanks! - inactive, on 01/18/2009, -0/+3Buried for *radar
- HonoredMule, on 01/18/2009, -0/+3I'm not sure what you mean, because I've had all my toolbar buttons, search bar, and address bar on the same row as the file menu since I started using Firefox at 1.5.
Just open the customize panel, move everything onto the same row as the file menu, and then turn off the "navigation toolbar" (I keep my bookmarks on a second row, still in the "bookmarks toolbar").
If you try this, you'll probably find it looks better using small icons or keeping toolbar buttons elsewhere (you could still put the search/address bars there). - JakeW, on 01/18/2009, -1/+3Possibly the funniest comment I've ever read.
- diggydougie, on 01/17/2009, -0/+2Great. Now when Firefox updates I can keep my theme. So far every time Firefox updates to a new version I have to go back to the default skin or pick something I don't like.
- veins, on 01/17/2009, -0/+2you would think that the firefox would at least be customized in the screenshots
- WhiteHamster, on 01/18/2009, -0/+2graphical in-jokes? First thing that comes to mind is every 404 would be a facepalm and a new tab will be a big pedobear. That might be more than just a theme though, hmm
- dacolumn, on 01/18/2009, -0/+2Good question, a search for Mac in the article doesn't turn up anything and IIRC themes and extensions do require special development in order to support Firefox on Mac or Linux.
- BigVi, on 01/17/2009, -1/+3All I want is the ability to merge the toolbars like you could in FF2. With the menu minimize addon I have an entire row of nothing but menu and blank space. In FF2 I was able to merge the menu toolbar and the bookmarks toolbar (for example).
If you ask me FF3 has been a step backwards. - Biscuitz, on 01/17/2009, -2/+3Buried for the simple fact that they mention making buttons in Paintshop pro.
- flarn2006, on 01/17/2009, -2/+3Windows Classic FTW!
- inactive, on 01/17/2009, -2/+3Thanks for sharing :)
- inactive, on 01/17/2009, -2/+3Very carefully.
- dainix, on 01/19/2009, -0/+1also bookmarked for later use, could be interesting to create own FF theme, huh :)
- overshard, on 01/18/2009, -0/+1Not to be the douche in the crowd but still, 99% of people, including myself, should not be making themes because they end up fugly. In fact, most of the themes already created shouldn't exist. There are very few decent ones out there. @Icmatt pointed out one of the few good ones in existence https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/912 ...
- Frostek, on 01/18/2009, -0/+1Marvellous! - thanks lcmatt! :-)
- hfactor, on 01/17/2009, -0/+1"personal menu" addon.
- oXxHellfirexXo, on 01/20/2009, -0/+0Yeah I usually just take an exsisting theme and tweak it for me needs, I don't really have the time to create one from scratch, also I find creating Opera themes a lot easier...
- jannefoo, on 01/18/2009, -2/+1Do't think so, bro.
- inactive, on 01/17/2009, -7/+2Does a pedobear theme exist?
- raviu90, on 01/17/2009, -6/+1we need a DiggNation theme
color scheme wud be great - Dumbledorito, on 01/17/2009, -11/+4"Fire-fox, Fire-fox, does whatever a Firefox can.
Can he swing from a web?
Of course he can't, he's a pig..."
...or something.

What is Digg?
