It's a nice idea, but most employers won't appreciate it. If all the details aren't laid out in front of them, they're not going to make much, if any attempt to get to them.
I think what's cool about this is that you'll get a job at a place that appreciates this sort of innovative creativity. Sure, you won't get a job in a lab or as an accountant someplace. But someone who comes up with this idea isn't looking for a lab job.
So this would be more a reverse-resume: it would let you find a place that fits you, rather than you trying to convince an HR manager that you fit their company.
As someone who has done hiring (not in HR, but searching through resumes nonetheless), I can tell you that the 'extra step' will get interviews many times. Plus, it gives you something to talk about during the interview.
