First off, if your gonna report it, then do it. Don;t make a separate comment about it. Second of all, this was put in the 'design' category. The fact that it may not have anything to do with tech is irrelevant considering this is a "Technology and Social Bookmarking" website. Don't fill up the comments section with crap like that... And yes I do realize I am being hypocritical by taking the time/space to say this.
