- j10s, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14^wait, did you just say the same thing?
- tarynme, on 10/12/2007, -4/+15Coming from an addict, it seems like a waste of perfectly good coffee.
- i4mt3hwin, on 10/12/2007, -4/+13Servers need some coffee to keep them going.
- StanleyKoolPrik, on 10/12/2007, -15/+22Lots of artists paint in the field using coffee. It's a lot easier than lugging around a big-assed kit of paints, solvents and easels. It's a quick and dirty solution that is simple and effective, and many times the results can be very elegant.
These are nice, but Ive seen much better. - gothsquirrel, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Why are you digging him down I've got quite a few artist friends that have been using coffee for years it's nothing new at all. Although I'd have to say most of them don't attempt to go to this length to use coffee it's mostly used in a mixed media situation along with paint or pastels.

- andritchie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Anyone else smell coffee when they look at these?
- markperia, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6why was he getting dugg down? Ive seen a lot of artists, including me, that use coffee as a medium for painting. Its not that uncommon. Ive got a couple of moleskines that are full of coffee stain sketches.
- HarryHunt, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Let's hope the artist didn't get the coffee from starbucks, otherwise the material for that picture alone is worth 100 grand.
- dimplemonkey, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1coffee stains never looked so good!
- akira117, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2This site has much better coffee art:

We're digging him down because of the arrogance/disrespect to the artist in his last sentence. - MeNaCe942, on 10/12/2007, -10/+6First paintings using chocolate, then it was frys and ketchup, now coffee.... for the love of god please let it stop here...
