- geoken, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Am I the only one who thinks "bigger target = easier to hit" is common sense? Fitts laws, to me, seem like a case of a guy getting credit for writing down what everyone already considered common sense.
- DanaK, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Its true, a lot of this is common sense. Its surprising how many people forget about it though when designing UI's.
The pie chart right click menu portion is interesting though. There are a few ways to integrate that into your regular sites with JS but nothing outstanding. Stop to think how gargantuan the Sims was when it first came out and then think of some of their design choices like the pie menu. Anyhow, I found portions of it interesting :)
