- fiftyeggs, on 12/21/2007, -1/+6How is this OS running without a COMMAND.COM?
- csplinter, on 12/21/2007, -0/+45It's actually just a pillow.
- Scalpels, on 12/22/2007, -1/+23Spoiler alert next time! Gah!
- rossmcd, on 12/22/2007, -0/+2I thought command.com stayed in the /DOS/ directory, which was made executable from any directory with some command in one of the startup files. maybe PATH= or something like that?

- Smills, on 12/22/2007, -0/+3Indeed, I have a friend that had an issue with his graphics card so instead of getting BSODs he got RSODs. Rather amusing.

- KaneElson, on 12/21/2007, -0/+11Pillows are more rectangular and smooth, more suitable for sleeping on. This is a cushion, fluffy and not the correct shape, they are terrible for sleeping on.

- A14049752, on 12/22/2007, -0/+0I'm such a dork. The first thing I noticed about it was that they would have had to be using CMD.com instead of "DOS" because horoscope.exe, to do.txt and wish list.txt weren't following the 8.3 rule.
- spacefaced, on 12/22/2007, -0/+0I'm shocked... not that you noticed that, but that no one ELSE noticed it in the past 16 hours? (No one else dugg up your comment, or made the same comment.) I mean, it's more than a little glaring! Can it be that I too am a freak for noticing this within 2 seconds of seeing the picture?
I mean, we're not that far removed from the 8.3 days, are we?- Engival, on 12/23/2007, -0/+1That's because he's not exactly correct. You got long filename support in windows 95, and were able to boot up in straight dos without loading windows, and still retain LFN support.. of course, it should be "dos 7", not "dos 1.0" in that case. cmd.exe is NT and beyond.
- spacefaced, on 12/22/2007, -0/+0I'm shocked... not that you noticed that, but that no one ELSE noticed it in the past 16 hours? (No one else dugg up your comment, or made the same comment.) - isunktheship, on 12/22/2007, -0/+0is the optimus.jpg a shot at the keyboard? if so, excellent. other acceptable jpgs would include duke_nukem_forever.jpg, in the dreams folder.

- Wander2000, on 12/22/2007, -1/+10No need to type "cd c:always" when you are already logged in the root directory - a simple "cd always' does the same thing, any DOS geek knows that, and would save the extra keystrokes! Go ahead ad digg me down you GUI kids.
- McInternet, on 12/22/2007, -1/+6some of these filenames could never exist in DOS thanks to the 8.3 rule. this is a Windows cushion.
- mancat, on 12/22/2007, -1/+1You're dugg down, so... I don't think they know that.
- SellotapeGuy, on 12/22/2007, -4/+2Stupid, pointless crap.
- cs188, on 12/22/2007, -0/+2'Stupid, pointless crap.' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
- blinkenlightz, on 12/22/2007, -1/+6Definitely NOT a DOS cushion. Illegal filenames for one, autoexec.bat and config.sys would only belong in that directory if it were an integral copy of a floppy, in which case it would also have a COMMAND.COM -- I might give it some speck of credence if you show me a DOS bittorrent client.

- bladefist, on 12/22/2007, -1/+3this pillow is 28 bux. But if you can get a dos screenshot and go to cafepress you can make it for like 15$
Thats just the kind of cheap bastard i am. - Swarms, on 12/22/2007, -1/+8The definition of geek: 1) Diggers "Fixing" the syntax on a DOS Pillow. 2) Understanding everything they're "Fixing"
- Sabin, on 12/22/2007, -2/+1Or having used a computer before Windows 95. All the errors on there are really basic. My room mate who hasn't touch the command line in about 10 years even noticed most of them. You have to remember that some of us were born before 1988.
