Design a system every day that analyses all the Digg front page stories, evaluates the amount of colour used in the page overall and ranks it and then sorts the pages by this ranking. Then the program would build this sorted array of pages into a mosaic like you have done there, you can tell it what square should be what rank in the darkeness scale each time so you can always spell out Digg in the mosaic. I have no frickin idea how you'd do that but it'd make a fun way each day to get the front page Digg stories!
