- carlosglz, on 10/11/2007, -2/+37The official digg mobile version interface is much better and you can digg stories if you login:
http://www.diggriver.com/ - broknman, on 10/11/2007, -0/+27Would be great if only items were diggable within the app.
- kevinrose, on 10/11/2007, -24/+46This is my favorite -- as it will be easily ported to the iphone.
- ECas123, on 10/11/2007, -2/+20Sure you're going to get an iphone Kevin? http://youtube.com/watch?v=zyVPG6NwQoQ
- svenhawaii50, on 10/11/2007, -5/+16This is a great mobile app from an outstanding student of mine, Brian McMurray.
I'm already using it on my Sprint PPC-6700 to get my Digg mobile fix.
Great job, Brian! - ilkeryoldas, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11Sweet.. now I have something to do while driving my car
- chadu, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Will iPhone have FlashLite or a full version of Flash in the iPhone Safari Build?
- bmcmurray, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8I agree broknman, maybe Digg's API will support user authentication and digging in its next evolution.
- etoiles, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7DiggMob sounds so aggressive. Mobidigg would be much more...marine.
- chadu, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3DiggRiver is not Flash, which was kinda the point of the entire contest.
- chadu, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3does Blackberry even have FlashLite?
- bluesuga, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3he works for digg...... jealous much rethcir?
- bmcmurray, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4Xedlos, I left the Video section and a few subcategories (Flash Web games, for instance) out because they aren't appropriate for mobile users. You most likely can't watch any of the videos in the Video section from your mobile device.
- chadu, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Yes, it's actually attractive and useful. Not like Digg City at all.
- Lonline, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Fun and nice flash design! I think it's very nice and cute idea!
- InfiNETe99, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Great Job Brian.......rock on
- chadu, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1There is a "Close" soft button in the app when you view the story.
- teknokool, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1i like it but would like to see the abilty to digg stories as well.
- vrikis, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1How can I get this working on my Nokia E61? It has a Flash Player but it won't find the file. Do I need a special flash player?
Thanks - chadu, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2you do need flash lite. it is, after all, a flash lite application created for the Digg API contest.
- ilkeryoldas, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Would be better if it was diggable thou..
- PleaseJustDie, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2I can't digg this because I went to view a story's description and there was no way to get back or to hide the description.
- themilk, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1does your phone have to have flashlite installed? does it only link to stories that are viewable in a mobile phone? if not, i am not interested and will stick to the google mobile portal.
- gusc, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Yes, it kinda souns like some gangsta, mafia page. :)
- yeahbuddy, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1No worky on blackberry = no digg. Cool concept, though.
- deadowl, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Would be useful to add a gradient to the scrolling text that could signify how far into the title you are and allow users to identify when it's done scrolling. It's no Digg City, though.
- bkellgren, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0that brian mcmurray what a pimp ass playa
- SunAlex, on 09/02/2008, -0/+0This is a great mobile. I'll hope to have this mobile.

why you post so many links?
wonders peterassmann from http://www.prepaid-pakete.org/handy-flatrates.php - maan, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0Great work. Is the source for all these apps open. If not, the authors should atleast discuss their desing in detail and may be upto the code level. We will benefit from that. Also, I wish there was a next link to see the next five items as this one shows the first five.
- bluesuga, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1try http://diggriver.com
once you login you can digg - bluesuga, on 10/11/2007, -3/+1i found this last week on some blog about adobe flashlite. but it only worked on my nokia 5300 for like five minutes.
whats up with that?? - paulmike3, on 10/11/2007, -7/+5@lillepalle
me stfu?
http://digg.com/about/daniel
you can digg all his stories in one fell swoop here: http://digg.com/contest
apparently his stories are popular. deal with it. - Stachzilla, on 10/11/2007, -5/+2LOL Nice work Brian! I wonder if you were the only one to submit something in the mobile area of Flash work. You win by default! :)
- BackwardsPanda, on 10/11/2007, -8/+5Too many red airplane icons on the front page.
- newstart, on 10/11/2007, -7/+2This is not that good, they could have done so much. I dugg this story only because its Digg for mobile. Otherwise they user interface is really really bad.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -8/+2now pout your mouth aaaand... kiss it!
- XedLos, on 10/11/2007, -7/+1Where is the Video section?
- Rethcir, on 10/11/2007, -14/+6Gee, this dburka guy has been a busy little boy.. 5 front page stories?
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -13/+3Agreed, smells fishy, and with just 100 diggs on the newest??
and paulmike3, just stfu if you have nothing to add. - RocketSeason, on 10/11/2007, -16/+5If Kevin Rose gives it the thumbs up, then I gotta give it a thumbs up as well. I am after all, a patriotic citizen of Diggnation.
Seriously though, Digg on a Mobile phone would be very useful indeed. Now I can check out Digg while waiting in line at McDonalds. - paulmike3, on 10/11/2007, -15/+3jealous much?

What is Digg?
The Digg Toolbar for Firefox lets you Digg, submit content, and keep track of Digg even when you're not on the Digg site. Download the official
