It seems to point out the more ethical, fair way of achieving SEO, rather than the way to really force your company name and into better search results. I guess the question is how you want to achieve SEO.
- Bogo, on 08/08/2008, -0/+0SEO isn't necessarily about "forcing" your way into the top rankings - there are good ("white-hat") ways to do it, which is to provide focused, quality content, creating a site architecture that promotes your primary keywords, and building relationships with similar websites. Then there are "black-hat" techniques which are the bad ways to do it, such as spamming forums and comments, building fake sites with thousands of pages and keywords, bloating keyword count with hidden and invisible divs, etc.
This is definitely the white-hat way to do it :)
