Aptana has released version 1.0 of Aptana Studio

aptana.com — Previously the product was called Aptana IDE in beta, but has now been taken to version 1.0 with two different sub-versions. A community version and a professional version (costs $99). Aptana is an open source alternative to Dreamweaver, it has support for HTML, CSS, PHP, Ruby, Javascript and more. With autocomplete and code snippets.
