Let me see them build it and actually treat their workers humanely and pay them a decent wage. WON'T ***** HAPPEN. They couldn't afford it. That's why you'll never see ***** like this in a first world country.

Abudhabi has oil while Dubai has business...so during recession as everyone knows businesses closed hence resulting in Dubai's loss. So to get out of trouble they borrowed their money from Abu dhabi
